In fact, they might even cut you a deal on the rent if you know how to haggle.
Explore Your Networks
Start by talking to your friends to see if they know of anyone willing to sublease. Post a notice on Facebook. Somewhere out there is a 3 bedroom Athens Ohio rental waiting to be subleased.
You could also talk to some of the rental companies. Many of their residents might be interested in subleasing. You’ll likely have to sign a temporary lease for the summer months, but that same lease will also guarantee you have someplace to stay while you tie up the loose strings on Vishnu and Shiva.
